Selling On Ebay - The Right Way

Selling on Ebay can be fun and very profitable. Here is the main question to ask your self. Do I wanna do this for fun and earn a few bucks OR do I want to make serious money?

For the person wanting just a few bucks or to sell something quickly, it is fairly easy but here are some quick pointers to help you along.

1. Do some research before you start listing. This will help you get it on there and get it sold the first time.
2. OK, how do I do the research. First, sign up for a free trial at hammertap.com they are, in my opinion the best.
   
3. Put in what you wanting to sell. ex. Winnie the pooh crib set. (We have one listed now, lol)
4. Look at the sell through. is it 20% or 80%? What this means is that __% of the listing like this have sold. Now, here is the place you wanna play around with our wording, the main idea is to use as much as the 55 characters that ebay gives you. There are 2 keys here. First, by using hammertap you will have a good idea if the item your wanting to sell, has sold __% of the time. And for how much. And you will have the best title possible for as many people to find you as possible.
5. Lastly, I do not mean for this to be an advertisement for Hammertap yet, you have 2 choices they will give you. Do you want to sell your item fast or for the most money? When you get this information it is very accurate. If it tells you the best time to sell for the most money will be a 7 day auction ending on Thursday between 6 and 8 pm. Believe them. Just because it is Saturday morning and this is your only chance to get this done does not mean you can't make it happen. Ebay has a neat feature called schedule this listing. It cost a whopping ten cents.
